Mr. Sunil Furde, is a Chairman and Managing Director of "Sunil Furde Constructions Pvt. Ltd" and Proprietor of "Amar Constructions". He is a Civil Engineering graduate from Government College of Engineering Karad. Also he has pursued Master's Degree in Management studies and Diploma in Business Management from Shivaji University. He has started his carrier as a Lecturer, within short period of time he was selected as a Head Of the Department (HOD) of Civil Engineering Department and due to his proficient skills he became the "Principal Of Polytechnic College" at very young age. Also he was a professor at Management College and he used to teach D.B.M, M.B.A. students. Along with these he was working as Consulting Civil Engineer and he has planned, designed & executed various projects. After gaining experience in construction field and due to personal interest he decided to shift from teaching line to full time business. Currently he is working as a Govt.Regd.Valuer, Promoter, Builder & Developer and Project Management Consultant. Also currently he holds designations as a Vice President of CREDAI Maharashtra State and Zonal Secretary of CREDAI National.

An MS (Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management) from University of East London, London-United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur-Maharashtra. After gaining Knowledge & Experience of New Civil Engineering Technologies and Sustainable Real Estate Development from London Mr. Rohit Furde joined Furde Constructions as a Director. He has been actively involved in new business development of company and is contributing in expanding the business.
